Your HOMEPAGE says "When prelaunch is finished: probably on 11/25/2008, we will set your clicks, balance to zero. You will keep premium if you have join us before date above."

In my understanding the statement "BEFORE THE DATE ABOVE" points to 11/25/2008 which is Nov. 25, 2008. If you have closed FREE PREMIUM MEMBERSHIP, then might as well change the statement at your HOMEPAGE because it is MISLEADING.

Yes, same here. I had to completely re-register today. I originally registered on 11/21/08 and after logging in on that day have not been able to get on until making a new account today.
